The Summer Fitness Challenge is up to a 9-week program designed to maximize weight loss, lose inches, and increase strength.

Our first two challenges include unlimited classes, initial & final assessments, meal plan, online group support, home workouts, accountability, and chance to win prizes!

 

Our last challenge is a 5-day intense fitness camp, held at the brand new state-of-the-art, Momentum Training Center, in San Marcos. Each day will run from 9am-12pm with a minimum of 3 workouts and 1 wellness discussion a day.

Meals

Meal Plans

Meals Delivered

Fresh and healthy meal plans are included with all fitness challenges.  Plans are based on USDA guidelines and target 1,500 calories a day with a focus on fresh fruits & vegetables, healthy grains, and lean meats and fish.

 

For the fitness camp, fresh local meals are also available for lunch and dinner from The Hidden Kitchen and Farm Fresh Meals.  See below for a sample menu and more details. 

Childcare

Experienced Sitters Available

On-site childcare is available for all fitness challenges with a 4:1 ratio.  During the 4-week challenge, sitters will be available at Cottonwood Creek Park while we workout.  Sitters stay within view of us working out, but far enough the kids do not come running to us.

For the fitness camp, we will have sitters with lots of fun activities planned.  There is plenty of room including a large soccer field for the kids to run around on.  Scroll down to sign up.
