What to Expect

Overall you can expect a high energy, fun filled, welcoming workout environment.  Classes are intended to kick start your fitness goals and open to all levels.  I will modify exercises as needed.  The small group atmosphere should empower, support, and drive each other.  Any attitudes not reflecting this, will be quickly squashed (this includes your own personal body shaming).  You are beautiful out if you are in!!

KickStart Kids

Bring a mat or blanket for us to start and end our classes on along with water for you and your little.  If it is very sunny, we will do our best to stay in the shade, but bring along sunblock and hat in case!


As part of the 6-week fitness challenge, I will meet with you personally and privately to discuss your goals, specifics based on information provided to me in advance, address any concerns or questions, and perform an initial assessment.  The assessment is completely optional, but aimed to help you track progress.  They will include taking measurements for body weight, %body fat, and key body dimensions.

Meal Plan

Meal plans are included in the 6-week Fitness Challenge;  Plans are based on USDA guidelines and target 1,500 calories per day.  They will include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and two snacks.


Recipes provided incorporate lean protein, nutrient-rich vegetables, and meet macronutrient guidelines for protein & healthy fats.  Meal plans are optional to aid you in your healthy lifestyle. Please note these are not individualized plans and we recommend you meet with a registered dietitian if you have any concerns or nutritional restrictions.  If you have any dietary preferences, please contact me in advance to discuss and we will work to accommodate.
